Advertising and disclosure
Effective 22 September 2026. Kijoli is an editorial publication, and any advertising relationship must be visible and separate from independent coverage.
1. Clear labels
Paid placements, sponsorships, and affiliate relationships are labelled near the relevant material. Readers should not have to infer a commercial relationship from design or navigation. Editorial articles are not sold as endorsements.
2. Editorial separation
Advertisers cannot determine an article’s conclusion, source selection, correction policy, or publication date. A commercial conversation does not create a right to favorable coverage. We may decline an advertisement that conflicts with the site’s educational purpose.
3. Restricted claims
We do not accept copy that guarantees financial outcomes, uses misleading urgency, or presents an unverified technical or investment claim as fact. We also reject content that asks visitors for private keys, passwords, or sensitive documents.
4. Audience safety
Advertising must respect applicable law and platform policies relevant to the Republic of Korea and the audience reached online. We review destination pages where practical. A label does not make an unlawful or unsafe destination acceptable.
5. Data and tracking
Advertising technology is not activated merely because a placement exists. Any optional analytics or tracking is described in the Cookies notice. Kijoli does not sell contact information or use editorial correspondence to build an advertising audience.
6. Third parties
External advertisers remain responsible for their own products, claims, privacy notices, and customer support. Kijoli does not provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice through an advertisement. Visitors should investigate a destination independently.
7. Complaints
Report a misleading label or placement through contact.php, including the page and date. We review complaints against the disclosure record and may pause or remove a placement. We aim to respond within 30 days.
8. No endorsement
References to Solana are used solely for educational and identification purposes. Kijoli is not affiliated with or endorsed by Solana or the Solana Foundation. Mentioning a product or organization does not establish approval.
9. Review
This policy is reviewed annually and whenever the advertising model changes. The current date is 22 September 2026, with a scheduled review on 22 September 2027. Material changes receive a new dated version.
10. Contact
Questions may be addressed to Kijoli, 330 Dosan-daero, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, 06040, Republic of Korea, or +82 (0)2 6178 9032. Please provide the exact wording or destination at issue so the review can be specific.
Disclosure practice in detail
A label should be close enough to paid material that a reader can understand the relationship before relying on the content. Terms such as “advertisement,” “sponsored,” or “affiliate” are used in plain language and are not hidden in a general footer. Editorial navigation does not disguise a paid placement. A placement can be separated visually without implying that it is part of independent reporting.
Commercial discussions do not control the subject, headline, source list, conclusion, correction, or publication timing of an editorial article. An advertiser may provide factual information for review, but Kijoli decides whether it is relevant and how it is described. A request to remove a documented limitation may be declined. Material relationships are reviewed before publication and recorded with the relevant placement.
Claims are checked for clarity, substantiation, jurisdiction, and compatibility with the site’s educational purpose. We do not publish promises about returns, prices, outcomes, technical performance, or personal suitability. Copy that requests private keys, passwords, recovery phrases, payment credentials, or unnecessary identity documents is not accepted. A disclaimer cannot repair a misleading statement.
Audience safety includes the destination page, collection of personal information, age-related presentation, and the way a visitor is invited to continue. Kijoli may request changes to a landing page or decline a placement where the context is unclear. Review of a destination is limited and does not transfer responsibility from the advertiser. Compliance is considered for the Republic of Korea and for other audiences reasonably reached by the page.
Advertising technology is not assumed simply because a placement is present. Any optional analytics, conversion tool, or tracking identifier must be described in the Cookies notice before activation. Kijoli does not sell contact information or combine editorial correspondence with advertising profiles. A provider may receive limited technical data only where necessary for delivery, security, or a separately disclosed measurement purpose.
External advertisers are responsible for their products, statements, customer support, privacy notices, and legal obligations. A reader should review the destination’s terms before submitting information or using a service. Complaints about a placement may be sent through contact.php, to 330 Dosan-daero, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, 06040, Republic of Korea, or by phone at +82 (0)2 6178 9032. We aim to acknowledge a complaint within five business days and provide a response within 30 days.
This policy is effective 22 September 2026 and is scheduled for review by 22 September 2027. Material changes to labelling, tracking, or accepted categories will receive a new effective date. The current policy does not create an endorsement or guarantee about any advertiser. Kijoli remains an independent editorial resource.
Further disclosure detail
A commercial relationship should be understandable before a reader relies on the material. Labels such as advertisement, sponsored, or affiliate should appear close to the relevant placement and remain readable on mobile screens. A general footer statement does not replace a nearby disclosure. Editorial navigation, article styling, and search labels should not make paid material appear to be independent reporting.
Advertisers may provide factual information, but they cannot determine an editorial conclusion, source selection, headline, correction, or publication date. A request to remove a material limitation may be declined. Conflicts are reviewed before publication and, where relevant, the relationship and scope are recorded with the placement. A commercial relationship does not create an endorsement.
Copy is reviewed for unsupported certainty, implied financial outcomes, misleading urgency, unclear fees, and claims that a technical feature works in every situation. We do not accept requests for private keys, passwords, recovery phrases, unnecessary identity documents, or confidential credentials. A disclaimer cannot make an otherwise unclear claim suitable for publication. Advertisers remain responsible for substantiation and compliance.
Audience safety includes the destination page, collection form, age-related presentation, privacy notice, and the experience after a click. Kijoli may request changes or decline a destination that is inconsistent with the site’s educational purpose or applicable platform rules. Review is limited to the material available at the time and does not transfer responsibility from the advertiser. The policy is considered for the Republic of Korea and other audiences reached by the page.
Advertising technology is not implied by a visible placement. Optional analytics, conversion tools, or tracking identifiers must be described in the Cookies notice before activation, including the provider, purpose, category, and lifespan. Kijoli does not sell contact information or combine editorial correspondence with an advertising audience. A technical provider may receive limited data only where necessary for delivery, security, or disclosed measurement.
Complaints about a label, destination, claim, or tracking practice may be sent to 330 Dosan-daero, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, 06040, Republic of Korea, or +82 (0)2 6178 9032. We aim to acknowledge a complaint within five business days and respond within 30 days, with an explanation where more time is needed. This policy is effective 22 September 2026 and scheduled for review on 22 September 2027. Material changes receive a new effective date.
